THE CITY~COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, having here- tofore on the 5th day of February, 1941, adopted a resolution fixing March 5, 1941, at 10 o'clock A.M., of the said day, in the Commission Chambers at the Cit~ Hall of the City of Bremerton as the time and place of hearing the petition to vacate the hereinafter described property, and notice of said hearing having bee] ~uly given in the manner and form and for the time provided by law, and no obJec~ ion or objections having been made to the said petition by any person, NOW THEREFORE, The following described property, to-wit: Part of Government Lot 1, Section 13, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W,M., described as follows: Beginning at a point which is the inter- section of the Government Meander Line with a line that lies parallel with and 773.30 feet North of the South line of Government Lot 1, said point being the true point of beginning, and identical with the Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to Harry ~. Myers by deed recorded in ¥olume 262 of Deeds, on page 186, Auditor's File No. 309914, records of Kitsap County, Washington; thence West along North line of Myers tract to a point on a line that lies parallel with and 30 feet distant Southwesterly from Government Meander Line; thence Southeasterly and parallel to said Meander Line to an intersection with the West line of Water Street, said point lying 30 feet West of theWest line of Block § of the Plat of BaYView Addition to Bremerton, recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, on page 58, records of Kitsap County, Washington; thence North along the West line of Water Street to the Government Meander Line; thence Northwesterly along said Meander Line to the true point of beginning, EXCEPT therefrom.~auy portion embraced by Sheldon Boulevard, situate in Kitsap County, State of Washingtol be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place and the land occupied by the sa~.d street is hereby vested in the abutting property owners, in conformance wit! the provisions of the laws of the State of Washington. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
