AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specificati0ns~
for the improvement of Cambrian Avenue from Sixth Street, South to Hillcrest
School; Meade Avenue from the centerline of Sixth Street, South 180 feet; Sixth
Street from the centerline of Meade Avenue, East to the centerline of Wycoff
Avenue; Alley in Block 3, Terrell's Addition to Charleston, beginning at a point
300' North of First Street, South to First Street; First Street from Alley in
Block 3, Terrell's Addition, East to the centerline of Wycoff Avenue, by a systex
of storm and sanitary sewers.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Cambrian Avenue from Sixth Street, South to Hillcrest School; Meade Avenue from
the centerline of Sixth Street, South 180 feet; Sixth Street from the centerline
of Meade Avenue, East to the centerline of Wycoff Avenue; Alley in Block 3,
Terrell's Addition to Charleston, beginning at a point 300' North of First Stree'
South to First Street; First Street from Alley in Block 3, Terrell's Addition,
East to the centerline of Wycoff Avenue; by the construction of a system of
storm and sanitary sewers, together with the doing of any and all work in conn-
ection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job, be
and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the 0ity of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 19th day
of March, 1941.
