AN ORDINANCE vacating an alley in Block 4, Central Addition to Bremerton,
extending North from Eleventh Street, Kitsap County, Washington.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, having
heretofore on the 29th day of January, 1941, adopted a resolution fixing
March §, 1941, at 10 o'clock A.M., on said day in the Commission Chambers at
the City Hall of the City of Bremerton as the time and place of hearing the
petition to vacate the hereinafter described alley, and notice of said hear-
ing having been duly given in the manner and form and for the time provided
by law, and no~ objection or objections having been made to the said petition
by any person,
NOW THEREFORE, the following described alley, to-wit:
Alley located in Block Four (4), Central Addition to Bremerton,
extending North from Eleventh Street, Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied
by the said alley hereby is vested in the abutting property owners, in con-
formance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
5th day of March, 19 41.
