AN ORDINANCE vacating the South 10 feet of Thirteenth Street between
the East margin of Marguerite Avenue and the West margin of High Avenue, in
the City of Bremerton, Washington.
THE CITY C0~iISSI.0N OF THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOL~S:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton having
heretofore on the 18th day of January, 1941, adopted a resolution fixing the
19th day of February, 1941, at the hour of l0 o'clock A.M. of said date, in
the Commission Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton as the
time and place of hearing petition to vacate a portion of a street herein-
after described, and notice of said hearing having been duly given in the
manner and form and for the time provided by law, and no objection or object-
ions having been made to the said petition by any person, and the City
· ~ommission having granted said petition,
NOW THEREFORE, the following described property, to-wit:
The South l0 feet of Thirteenth Street, between the East margin of
~.~arguerite ~venue and the !/Vest margin of High ~ven~e, Kitsap
County, Washington,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land hereinabove
described is hereby vested in the abuttin~ property owners, in conformance
with the provisions of the law of the State of Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed .by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
19th day of February, 1941.
