AN ORDINANCE declaring a portion of Lot 1, Tract 2, Decatur Acre
Tracts, Kitsap County, Washington, to be a public alley.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described tract is shown as an alley
on the unrecorded plat of Manette Addition to Decatur and has been
abandoned by the owners to and for the use of the public and has been
continuously used as a public thoroughfare and alley for more than ten
years last past:
Beginning 102.62 feet West of Northeast corner of Lot l,
Tract 2, Decatur Acre Tracts, thence West l0 feet, thence
South ll7 feet, thence East l0 feet, thence North ll7 feet
to beginning, Kitsap County, Washington.
Section 2. That the real property in Section i of this ordinance
described, is hereby declared to be a public alley and is hereby dedicated
to the uses of the public.
Section 3. This ordinance is immediately necessary for the preser-
vation of public peace, health and safety, and shall take effect immediately
upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this 22nd day of January, 1941.
