AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 1194 of the City of Bremerton,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BR~MERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1194, passed by the City Commission of
the City of Bremerton on the 4th day of December, 1937, and entitled: "An
Ordinance relating to automatic vending machines and prohibiting the vending
or sale of cigarettes, cigars or tobacco by the use of such vending machines,
providing penalties for violation and declaring an emergency," be and the
s~id Ordinance No. 1194, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. An emergency exists and this ordinance is immediately
necessary for the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of the City of
Bremerton, and shall take effect immediately following its passage and
publ i cat i on.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this 18th day of January, 1941.
