AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Vandalia Avenue from East Thirteenth Street to East Sixteentt
Street, by a system of storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances.
THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and spectfidattons prepar~.d by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Vandalia Avenue from East Thirteenth Street to East Sixteenth Street, by a
system of storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances, together with the doing
of all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such
improvement a complete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 8th day
of January, 1941.
