AN ORDINANCE relating to residential qualifications of appointive offf¢~rs
and employees of the City of Bremerton and repealing all ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict therewith.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
section 1. There shall b~ no residential qualif~cation for any appointive
official or employee of the City requiring a residencewith~n the city limits,-
except as require~ by City Charter.
Section ~. Ordinance No. 896, passed ~ay ~, 19~9, and all other ordinances
and parts of ordinances ~ conflict herewith, are~ hereby repealed.
APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, on first
reading, this l~th day of December, 19&~.
PASSED ~nan~mously by the City Coucil of the City of Bremerton, on final
reading, signed by the ~ayor, an~ attested by the City Cl~rk in authentication
of such passage, this ~rd day of D~cember,
