AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1401 of the City of Bremer-
ton, entitled: "An ordinance extending the City limits of the City of Bremerton,
and declaring such extension to be f or municipal purposes," and declaring an
emergency.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~.~ERTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1401, entitled as fully set forth
in the titl~ to this ordinance, be and the said Section 3 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 3. The City Limits of the City of Bremerton
are hereby extended to include the hereinafter described
real property, which is hereby annexed to the City
of Bremerton:
West half of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 15, township 24 North, Range i E.W.M.,
Kitsap County, State of Washington."
Section 2. That the purpose of this ordinance is to correct the legal descrip-
tion contained in Section 3 of said Ordinance No. 1401 so that it reads correctly
as set forth in this ordinance.
Section 3. An emergency exists affecting the public peace, health and safety,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage and
publication.
PASSED by the City Commission of the Oity of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the ~ity Clerk in authentication of such passage, .this 16th day
of September, 1942.
