AN ORDINANCE approving anti adopting the maps, plans and specifications for the
improvement of Scott Avenue from East loth Street North to Nosker's alley, by clear-
ing, grubbing, g~ading, oiling, and the construction of concrete sidewalks.
THE CITY C0~.,~ISS!0~I OF THE CITY OF BRE~,{ERTOU ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That ~e maps, plans and specificat~ns prepared by the City Eng-
Ineer, now on fi. lc in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of Scott
Avenue from East 10th Street north to Nos~er's alley, by clearin~, grubbing, grad-
ing, oiling, and the construct]~on of concrete sidewalks, together with the doing of
all other work in connect]on therewith as may be necessary to make such tmprovement
a complete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and pub!]cation as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, th~s 18th day of July,
