Section !~ ~hat Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1,94 of the C~ty of Bremerton be
and the sa~ se~tion is hereby amended to rea~ as follows;
"Sectio~k6. No permit shalI be required for any of t?~e fol!ow~_ng:
(a) The sbqrtng or using of Flammable liquids in quantities not exceed-

(c) The transportation of e liquids by pipelines below gro~n~
to refineries.
(d) The transportation of flarm~able euids by railroad, provided such
transportation conforms to the req~ireme~t~ f the Interstate Commerce Comm-
ission as formulate~ and published fro~.:'~ t o time.
(e) The storing, keepfn!~ or usin6 of oils an~ varnishes having
a flash point not below that herein specified ass 2 flar,~mable liq~i¢ts
when maintained temporarily for the. purposes of ~ting or renovating.
Section 2. That an emergency exists affecting the ic peace, health and
safety, an~] this ordinance shall take effect i~mmediately p~ssage
publication.
