AN ORDINANCE vacating property abutting Lot.l, Block C, Plat of Oyster Bay
Addition to Port Orchard ~avy Yard, Kitsap County, State of Washington,
THE CITY C0~MISSION 0F THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City CoH~ission of the City of Bremerton, having hereto-
fore on the 21st day of January, 1942,~adopted a resolution Fixing Wednesday,
February 25, 1942, at l0 o'clock A.M. of said day, in the Commission Chambers at
the City Hall of the City of Bremerton, as the time and place of hearing the peti-
tion to vacate the hereinafter described real property, and notice of said hear-
ing having been duly given in the manner and form and for the time provided b y
law, and said hearing having been regularly continued to this date, and no objec-
tions haveing been made to said petition for any person, Now therefore, the
following described real property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot l, Block C,
Oyster Bay Addition to Port Orchard Navy Yard, thence
North 30 feet to the center Section 15, Township 24
N.R. i E; thence West to intersect ~he southerly margin
Primary State.Highway No. 21, at a point 70 fee~ distant
and parallel to the center line of .said State Highway
No.21; thence Southwesterly on a line parallel to and
70 2eet distant from said center line to the North
line of Lot l; thence East to point of beginning, Kitsap
CoUnty, State.of Washington,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied by said
described property is hereby vested in the abutting propergy owner, Jn conformance
with the provisions of the laws of the State of Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and. effect ~hirty (30) days
from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this lVth day
of June, 1942.
