AN ORDINANCE providing an ~n~ed street in the City of Bremerton with
the nme "Bender Place,"
THE CI~ CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREr,~RTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That there exists in the City of Bremerton an unn~ed street
described as follows:
The center line described as follows: Beginning at the intersection
of the East and West center lines of East Thirteenth Street, with
the North and South center lines of Winfield Avenue; thence North-
westerly to a point on the center line of Marlowe Avenue approx-
imately 152.8 feet South of the East and West center lines of East
Sixteenth Street, said street being sixty (60) feet wide, thirty
(30) feet on each side of the above described center line.
That the said street is hereby n~ed "Bender Place."
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in au~entication of such passage,
this 2?th day of May, 1942.
