AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1, of Article XXIV, entitled, "Plumbing
Permit Fees," of Ordinance No. 145V, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 1, of Article XXIV, entitled.: "Plumbing Permit
Fees", of Ordinance No. 1457, which said ordinance is entitled as follows:
"An ordinance adopting rules and regulations for the construction, installation,
alteration and repair of plumbing and drainage of any and all buildings in the
City of Bremerton, Washington; providing penalties for the violation thereof
and repealing Ordinance No. 514, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict therewith," be and the said section is hereby mm. ended to read as
follows:
ARTICLE XXIV
PLUMBING PERi, IT FEES
Section 1. The plumbing permit fees for the
City of Bremerton shall be as follows:
50~ for first six fixtures,
P, 5~ for each additional fixture,
Sewer permit, ~2.00,
Gas tanks, ~2.00,
Hot air furnaces, $2.00 each,
Oil tank and burners:
Tank, ~ll O0
Burne r, ~ 00
Automatic water heaters, $1.00.
No plumbing permit fee shall be less than One
($1.00) Dollar.
Section ~. An emergency exists affecting the public peace, health and
safety and this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage and
publication.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Nayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
2~nd day of April, 1942.
