AN ORDINANCE ~proving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Ninth Street from Rainier Avenue to Olympic Avenue,
Tenth Street from Rainier Avenue to Olympic Avenue, and Ol~apic Avenue from a
point midway between Eighth Street and Ninth Street to Eleventh Street, on
West side only, by clearing, grubbing, grading, graveling and oiling, and the
construction of concrete curbs and concrete sidewalks where necessary.
THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Cleric, for the improvement of
Ninth Street from Rainier Avenue to Olympic Avenue; Tenth Street from Rainier
Avenue to Olympic Avenue; and Olympic Avenue from a point midway b%tween
Eighth Street and Ninth Street to Eleventh Street, on West side only, by
clearing, grubbing, grading, graveling and oiling, and the construction of
concrete curbs and concrete sidewalks where necessary, be and the same are
hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
llth day of March, 1942.
