AN ORDINANCE vacating East 5 feet of Lot 11, Block 12, Midway Addition,
Kitsap County, Washington.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, having
heretofore on the 7th day of January, 1942, adopted a resolution fixing
Wednesday, February ll, 1942, at l0 o'clock A.M., of said day in the
Commission Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton as the
time and place of hearing the petition to vacate the East $ feet of Lot
ll, Block 12, Midway Addition, Kitsap County, Washington, and notice of
said hearing having been duly given in the manner and form and for the
time provided by law, and said hearing having been regularly continued
to this date, and no objections having been made to said petition by any
person, now therefore, the following described real property, to*wit:
The East 5 feet of Lot ll, Block 12, Midway Addition, Kitsap
County, Washington,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied
by said described property is hereby vested in the abutting property
owner, in conformance with the provisions of the law of the State of
Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and. effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such pass-
age this 25th day of February, 1942.
