AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1441, adopted
January 14, 1942, by correcting the date for the issuance and sale of
bonds referred to therein.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 4, of Ordinance N°. 1441, of the City of
Bremerton, inadvertently refers to the date for the issuance and sale of
bonds in L.I.D. 215, as the llth day of March, 1942, whereas it should
refer to the date for the issuance and sale of bonds in L.I.D. 215 as the
16th day of April, 1942, and that the said Section 4 should be amended.
Section 2. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1441, adopted January
14, 1942, be and the said section is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 4. That the 16th day of April, 1942, be and the
same is hereby fixed for the date of the issuance and sale
of bonds to be issued on account of said improvement."
Section 3. An emergency exists affecting the public peace, health
and safety, and this ordinance shall take effect immediately following
passage and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, sig~ed by
the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof, this
25th day of February, 1942.
