AN ORDINANCE approving and a~0pting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Pitt Avenue from East Eleventh Street to East
Thirteenth Street; also Harklns Street from Winfield Avenue to Pitt Avenue,
by clearing, grubbing, grading, graveling and oiling and the construction
of concrete sidewalks.
THE CITY COMMISSYON OF THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the'improve-
ment of Pitt Avenue from East Eleventh Street to East Thirteenth Street;
also Harkins Street from Winfield Avenue to Pitt Avenue, by clearing, grubbing,
grading, graveling and oiling and the construction of concrete sidewalks,
together with 'the doing of all other work in connection themewith as may
be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job, be and the same are
hereby adopted.
Section ~. This Ordinance shall be in' full force and effect thirty
days From and after its passage and ~ublication as provide~ by law.
PASSED by the Cit~ Commission of the City of Breme~ton,.signe5 by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this 16th day of February, 1942.
