AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 15~ of
the City of Bremerton and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. ~ of the City Planning
Commission the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 165~ shall be amended in
conformity with Section 14 thereof, as follows: the following described
property shall be re-zoned as a Commercial-1 zone:
All of that area bounded by the alley between Callow and
Wyco£f Avenues on the east, between 9th Street on the
South, llth Street on the North and bounded on the West
by the center line of Cambrian Avenue, reserving a 10-
foot set-back on both sides of Wycoff Avenue, and on the
East side of Cambrian Avenue in said area as R-1 zone and
providing that no commercial building shall be built upon
any such property reserved as a Residential-1 zone therein,
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation of public peace, health, welfare and safety of
the City of Bremerton, and the same shall take effect immediately following
passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Nayor, and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 29th day o£ December, 1944.
