AN ORDINANCE fixing the rate of interest on all general city warrants
issued by the City of Bremerton, and repealing Ordinance No. 1055 and all
other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
THE CITY OF BR~¥{ERTON IX)ES ORDAIN
Section 1. That all general city warrants issued by th~ City of
Br~merton against any of the funds of the City of Bremerton shall bear int-
erest at th~ rate of two p~r centare per annum from the date of presentment
of such warrant for payment at th~ office of the City Treasurer, and his
endorsement of such presentation thereon until such warrant is regularly
calle~ by notice, or otherwise paid or satisfied, as provided by law.
Section ~. Ordinance No. 10~8 and all other ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
