structures, specifying purposes for which moneys from the said fund may be
expended, and. trans ~nd appropriating to said fund the sum of ~75,000.00
in U. S. Treasury Bonds Id as investments in the General Fund.
THE CITY 0F BREr~ERTON ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City r of the City of Bremerton is authorized ~d
directed to establish a cumulat~ erve fund for general city structures on
January 1, 1~.
S~ction ~. ~oneys may be ex from said cumulative r~s~r~ f~d un, er
the direction of the City Co~cil of City of Bremerton for construction,
repair, betterment of and additions to city structures, including sewers.
Section $. The City Treasurer is ~ized ~d ~rected to transfer to
said fund ~7~,O00.00 in U. S. Treasury Bonds held as investments in the
General Fund, and said sum is hereby appro, d to the uses of said c~ulative
reserve fund for general city structures.
