AN ORDINANCE directing the City Treasurer to close the sewer construction
fund as of December $1, 19~4, to ~ransI'er ~?,000.00 from said fund to the City
Street Fund, and to transfer any balance remaining in said fund to ~the General
Fund, and repealing Ordinance No. 1406 of the City of Bremerton.
T~E CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Treasurer of the City of Bremerton is hereby directed
to close the Sewer Construction Fund as of the 31st day of December, 1~, to
transfer $7,000.00 from said fund to the City Street Fund, and to transfer any
balance remaining in said Sewer Construction F~d to the Goneral F~d of ~e Cit~
of Bremerton.
Section ~. Ordinance No. 1~38 of the City of Bremerton passed December ~,
1~1, entitled "AN ORDINANCE setting up a Sewer Construction Frond, ~irecting
the transfer of $~5,000.00 into sai~ fund, reciting the reasons for establishing
said fund, and declaring an emergency."
Be and the s~e is hereby repealed.
