AN ORDINANCE directing the City Treasurer to close the L. I. D. Sinking
Fund, directing the transfer of $22,000.00 in U. S. Treasury Bonds to the
cumulative reserve fund for general city structures, ~398.68 Dollars to L.I.D.
No. 99. to fund over-drafts and the balance remaining in said fund to the general
fund.
THE CITY OF BRE~.~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Treasurer of the City of Bremerton is hereby directed
to close the L. I. D. Sinking Fund as of December 31, 1944, and to transfer
$22,000.00 in U. S. Treasury Bonds now held as an investment in said fund to the
cumulative reserve fund for general city structures, also, to transfer $398.68
Dollars to L.I.D. No. 92 for the purpose of funding over-drafts, and to transfer
any balance then remaining in the L.I.D. Sinking Fund to the General Fund.
APPROVED on first reading this 22nd day of November, 1944.
