AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1553 and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE}.~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 5 of the City Planning Co~nissi
the Use an~ ~rea maps of Ordinance No. 1553 shall be ~ende~ in conformity with
section 14 thereof as follows:
Begi~ing at a point on the 3outh si~e of Seventh Street, which
102 feet west of Pacific Avenue and which is the West boundary of
the: present con~ercial zone, thence running WeSt along the ~outh
line of Seventh Street to a point which is 239 feet East of the East
side of Park Avenue, and which is the East boundary of the present
co~ercial zone in that area; thence South an~ parallel to Park
Avenue 100 feet; thence East and parallel to Seventh Street to a
point 102 feet ~est of Pacific Avenue; thence North and parallel to
Pacific Avenue to the point of beginning, Kitsap Cowry, Washington,
to be re-zoned as a Co~ercial one, C-1 zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the
i~edlate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City of Bremert,
and for the p~rpose of national defense, and the s~e shall take effect i~ed-
lately following passage and publication.
Passed and approved unanimously by the city comci. 1 of the City of Bremertm
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th ~ay of
November, 1944.
