AN ORDINANCE establishing and fixing the bomudsries of voting precinct~ in
the City of Bremerton, and designating the number of each said precincts, and
amending Ordinance No. 1405 and.all other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict therewith, and declaring an emergencY.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section i of Ordinance No. 1405 shall be amended to read
as follows:
"That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance, there shall
be forty-three voting precincts in the City of Bremerton, which Precincts
shall be known and shall have boundaries as set forth in Section 2 of
Ordinance No. 1405."
Section 2. That in addition to the precincts set forth in Ordinance No.
1405, that the additional precincts together with the boundaries of each of said
precincts shall be as follows:
Precinct No. 33 shall no longer include all of that part of the City of
Bremerton lying noD'~th of the center line of E. 16th Street, and
shall hereafter include all of East park and Bremerton Gardens.
Precinct No. 34 - That part of Sheridan Park lying East of Ash and Cherry
Streets and South of County Road No.
Precinct No. 35 - That part of Sheridan Park lying East Of Clare Avenue and
West of Eastpark, Ash and Cherry Streets and between County Road
No. ~? an8 the Burwell Drive.
Precinct No. 38 - That part of Sheridan Park lying West of Clare Avenue and
East of Reid, Willow, Sayles and Lewis Streets or Avenues, and between
Seridan Road and the Government Meander line.
Precinct No. 3~. That part of Sheridan Park lying West of Reid., Willow,
Sayles and Lewis Streets or Avenues, and between Sheridan Road
the Government Neander line,
Precinct No. 38 - That part of View Ridge lying North of County. Road No. 27
and South of the North ltne of Section l, Twp. 24 N.R. i E. W.M.
Precinct No. 39 - That part of View Ridge lying in Section 1,.Twp. 9.4 N. R.
1 E. W.M.
Precinct No. 40 - All of Anderson Cove.
Precinct No. 41 - All of Sinclair Park and connecting length.
Precinct No. 4~ - That part of qualheim Hill lying in Section ~1, Twp.
2~ N. R. i E.~ W.M.
Precinct No. 43 - That part of Qualhelm Hill lying North of the North line
of Section 16, Twp. o~4 N. R. i E. W.M. and'west of Arsenal Way.
Section 3. That and emergency exists and this Ordinance is necessary for
~he preservation of public-peace, health and safety of the City of Bremerton, and
shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication. .
PASSED u~nanumously by the City Co.mcil of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
