AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and
specifications for the improvement o£ the alley in Block 6,
First Addition to Charleston, lying between Callow Avenue and
Wycoff Avenue, extending from Burwell Street to Sixth Street,
by clearing, grading, surfacing with concrete pavement twelve
feet wide and six i~ches thick, and the construction of an eight
inch sanltsry and storm sewer, manholes, inlets and appurten-
ances.
T~ CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications
prepared by the City Engineer, now on file in the office of
the City Clerk for the improvement of the alley in Block 8,
First Addition to Charleston, lying between Callow Avenue and
Wycoff Avenue, ex tending from Burwell Street to Sixth Street,
by clearing, grading, surfacing wich concrete pavement twelve
feet wide and six inches thick, and the construction of an
eight inch sanitary and storm sewer, manholes, inlets and ap-
purtenances, together with the doing of all other work in con-
nection therewith as may be necessary to make such improve-
ment a complete Job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect immediately following its passage and publication,
as provided by law.
PASSEO by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, sicned
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage, this 12th ~ay of December,
