AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area maps of Ordinmuce No. 1553 of
the City of Bremerton and declaring an, emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. ll of the City Planning
Commission the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1553 shall be amended
in conformity with Section 14 thereof, as follows: the following describ-
ed property shall be re-zoned as a Commercial-1 zone:
Lots 14 and 15, Block 9, Union High School Addition to
the City oF Bremerton, Kitsap County, WaShington.
and
The East one-half of Lot 7 and all of Lot 8, Block 5
and the East one-half of Lot 37, Block 6, all in the
Plat of Original Town of Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington.
Section 2. An emergency eaists, and this ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation of public peace, health, welfare and safety
of the City of Bremerton, and the same shall take effect immediately
following passage and publics, tion.
PASSED ~manimously by the City coUncil of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor, and attested to by the City Clerk in authenZi-
cation of such passage this 12th day of December, 1945.
