AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1555
and declaring an emergency:
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 10 of the City
Planning Commission the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1555 shall
be amended in conformity with Section 14 thereof, as follows:
Lot 1 and the West 15 feet of Lot 2, Block 9, Union High
School Addition, Kitsap County, Washington
shall be re-zoned as a Commercial One zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and
welfare of the City of Bremerton, and the same shall take effect
immediately following passage and publication.
Passed and approved unanimously by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton and attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof
by such passage this ?th day of November, 1945.
