HomeMy WebLinkAbout1630 AN ORDINANCE Establishing and fixing the boundaries of voting precincts in the City of Bremerton, designating the number of each of said precincts, and repealing Ordinances No. 1405, No. 1557 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith. THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance: there shall be fifty-three (53) voting precincts in the city of Bremerton, which precincts shall be numbered and shall have the boundaries as set forth in Section 2 of this ordinance. Section 2. That the numbers by which each of ~aid preclnct~ shall be destgnsted, together with the 0oundaries of each of said precincts, shall be as follows: Precinct No. 1. Beginning at ~e center line of Pacific Avenue and Burwell Street; thence West along Burwell Street 1E6.5 feet to a point ZO feet North of Northwest corner of Lot E~, Block l~, Original Town of Bremerton. Said Northwest Block corner being the Northeast corner to U.S. Government N.Y.; thence South and East and Southeasterly following U.S. Govt. Ordinance No. lAOS, passed July 28, l~ ~nd Ordinance No. 1~87, passed March lS, 1944, which ordinances establish the boundaries and numbers of voting precincts in the city of ~remerton, be and the said ordinances and any other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
