AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 1470, entitled: "An Ordinance re-
lating to and defining Black-outs, regulating the extinguishing, dimming,
ciminishing, or shielding of liEhts during black-outs, repealinE Ordinance
No. 14~8 of the City of Bremerton, and declaring an emergency." and declar-
ing an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: ~
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1470 'entitled as fully set forth in the
title to this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. An emergency exists affecting the public peace, health and
safety, end this ordinance shall take effect immeciately fo~owing passaEe
and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed b~? the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
