Home My WebLink About1621 ORDINANCE NO. 1621 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 13 of Ordinance No. 1600 of the City of Bremerton, entitled: "An Ordinance providing rules and regulations for City employees, establishing salary rates pursuant to the 1948 Budget, and declar- ing an emergency," as amended by Ordinance No. 1604, and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 13 of Ordinance ~. 1600, as amended by Ordinance No. 1604, entitled as fully set forth in the title to this ordinance, be, and the said Section 13, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 13. The following rates of pay are hereby established as the official salary and wage scales of the City of Bremerton: GENERAL FUND: Executive Department: Mayor $333.33 per month I Secretary (part-time basis) 100.00 per month or I Secretary (full-time basis) 175.00 per month i City Auditor (part-time basis) Fees or per Dien wages as agreed upon within maximum provided in Budget. Civilian Defense: I Secretary (part-time basis) $50.00 per mo. Property Officer In view of inactivity of Civilian Defense, duties of the property officer are placed on the Fire Chief without extra remuneration until war conditions should cause a renewal of activities in this field. Planning Commission: I Secretary (part-time basis) $40.00 per mo. Municipal Court: Judge $291.66 per mo.
