AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 633 by adding Section 32-B to pro-
vide for the rate to be charged Public School Districts both within and without
the city limits of the City of Bremerton, and amending Ordinance No. 1536 by
adding Section 17-A thereto providing for service connections outside of the
city limits of the City of Bremerton and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES,. ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 633 of the City of Bremerton is hereby
amended by adding thereto Section 32-B which shall read as follows:
Section 32-B. The rate of water supplied to public school districts both
within and without the city limits of the City of Bremerton shall be $.09 per
hundred cubic feet. This rate shall be a straight rate and there shall be no
fixed minimum charge for any public school.
Section 2. That Ordinanbe No. 1536 be amended by adding thereto Section

shall contain as one of the c~nditions for the ~rnishlng of s~%h/servlce, that
the applicant will do all exc~ting and back//ftt~tng in compl~nce with the
County reEulation~s or any ot~er l~egulations/In existence. After,such excavat-
ing is s~tisfacto~ily performed t~ Water Departmen~ of the ~City ~f Bremerton
shall make the connection to the main and lay the pipe to the wate~ meter.
All charges for work performed by the City shall be as provided for in Section
l? of Ordinance No. 1536.
Section 3. That an emergency exists affecting the public peace, health,
safety and welfare and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately following
passage and publication.
