AN ORDINANCE vacating portion of Burwell Street, in Bremerton, Washington.
T~E CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Bremerton, having hereto-
fore, on the 7th day of March, 1945, adopted a resolution fixing the 4th day
of April, 1945, at l0 o'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers at the City Hall
of the City of Bremerton as the time and place of hearing the petition to
vacate the hereinafter described real property, and notice of said hearing
having been duly given in the manner and form and for the time provided by
law, and ho objection or objections having been made to the said petition by
any person, now therefore, the following described property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 44, Block 4,
Terrell's Addition to the City of Charleston (now
Bremerton, running thence West along the North line
of said Lot 44 to alley, thence North .7 ft.;
thence easterly to place of beginning, in Kitsap
County, Washington,
be ~d the s~e is hereby vacated as a public place, and the l~d occupied by
the said above described street, ts hereby vested in the abutting property
o~ers in conformance with the provisions of the ~ws of the State of
Washington.
Section 2. ~at ~ emergency exists which affects the public peace,
health ~d safety of the City of Bremerton, and this ordinance shall take
effect i~ediately on passage and publication.
