An Ordinance amending Use and Area i~iaps of Ordinance No. 1553 and declarin
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRF~,IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 8 of the City Planning Commis-
sion, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553 s~all be amended in conform-
ity with section 14 thereof as follows:
Cormmen~ing at the north boundary of the present Con~mercial
One Zone at Sixth and the ~est side of Park Avenue, thence
north on the west side of Park Avenue to a point 130 feet
north of the north side of 8th street, the same being a
strip 165 fe,~.t'wide,

Section 2. An emergency exists, an5 this o~dinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the tity of Brem-
erton, and for the purpose of national defense, and the same shall take effect
i~mmediately following passage and publication.
Passed and approved unanimously by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this ?th day
of FeOruary, 1945.
