AN ORDINANCE vacating certain property hereinafter described in the City
of Bremerton, Wasl~ington.
THE CITY OF ~RE~ERTON OOES ORDAIN:
Section !. Th_at the City Oouncll of the City of Bremerton having hereto-
fore, on the 20th day of November, 1946, adopted a resolution fixing the 18th
day of December, 1946, at 10 o'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers at the City
ttall of the City of Bremerton as the time an~ place of bearin".'~ the petition to
vacate the hereinafter described real property, an~ notice of said hearing hav-
ing been duly ~i. ven in the manner and form and for the time provided b~ law,
and no objection or objections having been made to the said petition by any
person, now therefore, the following described property, to-wit:-
Begim~ing at the Northeast corner of Lot 10, in Block 4, Union High
School Addition, Kitsap County, Washington, running thende South and
along the east line of said Block 10, a distance of 51 feet to the
Block 20 of t'~eese,s First Addition,
northwest corner of Lot 1, ,
K[tsap County, ~.ashington; thence East and along the north line of
said Lot 1, a distance of 57.85 feet; thence Northwesterly a dist-
ance of 84.06 feet to point of beginnin~, situated in the city of
Bremerton, County of Kitsap, State of T~ashington,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied by the
said abo~e described street is hereby vested .ill tbs abutting property owners, in
conformance with the provisions of the laws of the State of ~ashington.
Section 2. That an emergency exists which affects the public peace,
health and o-afety of the
~ ~y of Bremerton, a~d this ordinance shall take
effect Ih~.ediate!y on passage and publication.
PASSED u~nan_~.mously by the Cit~ Cozuncil of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this ~3rd day of December, 1946.
