AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifi, cations
for the improvement of Nipsic Avenue between E. Ninth Street and E. Eleventh
Street by clearing, grubbing, gr2ding for, and construction of, 5 ft.
concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BRF~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improve-
ment of Nipsic Avenue between E. Ninth Street and E. Eleventh Street by
clea~.-ing, grubbing, grading for, end constructi, on of, 5 ft. concrete side-
walks, concrete curbs and gutters.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
following its passage end publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this llth day of December, 1948.
