AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Vandalia Avenue Between E. Eleventh Street and E. Sixteenth by
clearing, grubbing, grading for, and construction of b ft. Concrete sidewalks
concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of
Vandalia Avenue between E. Eleventh Street and E. Sixteenth Street by clearing
grubbing, grading for, and construction of S ft. concrete sidewalls, concrete
curbs, and gutters.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 27th
day ~of November, 1946.
