AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Hayward Avenue from E. Thirteenth Lt. to a point 313.5 ft. N.
of E. Sixteenth St. by clearing, grubbing, grading for and construction of 5 ft.
concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs and guttere.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifica, tions prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the C~ty Clerk for the improvement of
Hayward Avenue from E. Thirteenth St. to a point 313.5 ft. N. of E. S~xteenth
St. by clearing grubbing, grading for and construction of 5 ft. concrete side-
walks, concrete curbs and gutters.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 27th
day of November, 1948.
