for water, garbage and sewer rentals at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard,
Bremerton, Washington; and providing for the making of rules and regulations
by the City Treasurer.
THE CITY OF BRE?~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That tlme Oi ty Treasurer of the City of Bremerton be and he
is hereby authorized to appoint s utilities collector, for the purpose of
collecting water, garbage and sewer payments in the Puget Soun5 Naval Ship-
yard, in Bremerton, Washington, such util~tfes collector to be bonded to the
City of Bremerton in an remount not less than One Thousand Dollars (,i~l,000.00)
and in such greater amount as to the City Treasurer shall deem proper, which
'bond shall be paid for by the City of 5remerton.
Section 2. The City Treasu.~er of the City of Bremerton shall prescribe
rules and regulations goveraing such collections, provided however st~ch m~les
sa~d regulations shall provide that no ~djustments iN any bill shall be made
by such utilities collector; that such collector shall furnish with each
remittance to the City Treasurer a suplicate llst of all payments, with the
name, account number and amount received from each customer for water,
garbage or sewer services, and that ail. remittmnces shall be ma~e daily or
as prescribed by the City Treasurer.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
following passage and publication.

October, 1946.
