AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1553, and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuaht to Resolution No. 15 of the City Planning Com-
mission, the Use and Area maps of 0r~inance No. 1553 shall be amended in conformity
with Section 14 thereof, as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North and South centerline of
the NW¼ of the SE~ of said Sec. lb, 662.63 feet N. and 140
feet South of the center line of said Sec. 15, said point
also being the NW corner of Lot 14, Capitol Hill Addition,
being on the south margin oi' ELeventh Street; thence West
along the south margin of Eleventh Street produced West,
a distance of 662.63 I'eet to the North and South centerline
of Sec. 15; thence North along said North and South centerline
to the South margin of State Highway #l; thence Northeasterly
along said south margin of State Highway 21 to the North and
South centerline oI' the West half of the East half of said
Sec. 15; thence South along the North and South centerline
of the West half of the East half of said Sec. 15, to the
place of beginning, situate in Kitsap County, m~Vashington.
shall be re-zoned from Residential One to Commercial One zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation oI' public peace, health anm safety in the City of Bremerton,
and for the purpose oi' general welfare, and the same shall take effect immediately
following passage and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton and signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of this passage, this 17th day of August, 1946.
