AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of the alley in Block 4, Terrell's Addition to Charleston by
clearing, grading, and surfacing with concrete pavement.
THE CITY OF BREI',~ERTON [~)ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the et'lice of the City Clerk for tb_e improvement
of the alley in Block ~, Terrell's Addition to Charleston by clearing, grading,
and surfacing with concrete pavement, together with the doing of all other work
in connection therewith as may De necessary to make such improvemen~ a complete
job, be and the s~e are ~ereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in f~ll force and effect i~ediately
following its passage an~ publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the 0it~ Council of the 0ity of Bremerton, signed by the
~ayor, and atteste~ by the City CJ. erk in authentication o.f such passage, this
31st day of July, 1946.
