AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and. specifications for the
.mprovement of Rainier Avenue between Thirteenth Street and Fifteenth Street by clear-
.ng, grubbing and grading for sidewalks, curbs and gutters and the construction of
loncrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City En-
iineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of Rainier
.venue between Thirteenth Street and Fifteenth Street by clearing, grubbing, grading
or sidewalks, curbs and gutters, together with the doing of all other work in con-
.ection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, be and
he same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect Immediately roi-
owing its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council eI' the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
ttested by the City 01erk in authentication of such passage, this 3rd day of July,
946.
