AN INANCE establishing a "C~ulative Reserve Fund for General Perm~ent
Street Im~ transferring ~10,000.00 from the 1946 budget of the Street
Department to said d, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY BREMERTON ~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. there is hereby established a fund to be ~own and
designated as "Cumulative eserve Fund For General. Permanent Street Improvement,"
and the City Treasurer and ty Clerk are hereby directed to take the necessary
steps to set up and estsbl aid fund.
Section 2. That purpose of said fund ~hall be the acc~ulation of
funds, as the s~e shall become ~ailable, for making permanent street improvement
in the city of Bremerton pursuant direction and ~der the authority of the City
Council.
Secticn 3. That the City reasurer and the City Clerk are hereby
rected to transfer ~10,000.00, f~m the .946 budget of the City Street Fund fop
estimated receipts under the heading ~tments on hand," to the "C~ulative
Reserve Fund for General Permanent Street ."
Section 4. That an emergency ~ts affecting the public peace, health
and safety, and this ordinance shall take e i~ediately following passage and
publication.
PASSED by the City 0ouncil of the O~t of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentic .on of such passage, this
29th day of May, 1946.
