AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1553 and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 13 of the City Planning Commis-
sion, the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1553 shall be amended in conformity with
Section 14 thereof as follows:
Parcel l: Beginning at a point N. 89o56'59'' W.404.84 feet from the
SE corner of the SE~ of the NE¼ of Sec. 15, T. 24 N.R. i E.W.M.; thence
N. 89°56'59'' W. 140.0 feet; thence N. O°l?,l?'' E. 168.31 feet to the
Southerly margin of the right-of-way of State Highway No. 21; thence
N. 86°16' E. ?3.26 feet along said right of way to the beginning of a
curve to the SE of radius 408.34 feet and central angle of 6°35'46";
thence S. 0°17'40'' W. 20.0 feet; thence Southeasterly along a curve
of radius 38V.50 feet and central angle 2o58'20", an arc distance of
21.10 feet; thence S. 0°17'40" W. 151.13 ft. to beginning, situate in
Kitsap County, Washington.
Parcel 2: Beginning at a point N. 89o56'59" W. 544.84 feet from the
Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Sec, 15, T. 24 N.R. i E.W.M.: thence N. 89o56'§9" W. ll?.V4 feet;
thence N. OOl?'17" E. lO0.O feet; thence S. 89056,59" E. 97.74 feet;
thence N. O°l?'l?" E. 50.0 feet; thence N. ~9O58'59" W. 97.74 feet;
thence N. OOl7'lV" E. 10.52 to the southerly right of way of State
Highway No. 21; thence alon~ said right of way North 86°~6' E.

Parcel 3. That portion of Tract 15, Plat of Phinney Bay 2~ Acre
Tracts, as per plat recordSd in Vol. 5 of plats, page l, records
of Kitsap County, described as follows: Beginning at the South-
west corner of said Tract 15 and running thence North 0°lV'17''
E. 100 ft. to true point of beginnin~ of the tract herein des-
cribed; thence continuing N. 0OlT'lV" E. 50 ft; thence South
89°58'59" E. 97.~4 feet;thence South~0OlV,l?" West 50 feet; thence
North 89956'59" W. 97.74 feet to the true point of beginning, si-
tuate in Kitsap County, Washington.
shall be re-zoned as a Commercial-1 zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City of Bremerton, and
for the purpose of general welfare, and the same shall take e~ect immediately fol-
lowing passage and publication.
PESSED and approved unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such pas-
sage this 26th day of April, 1946.
