AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1655 and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 12 of the~ CitY Planning Com-
mission, the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 16~5 shall 'be amended in con-
formity with section 14 thereof as follows:
Lots 25, 24, 25 and 26, J. W. Bryan's Second Addition to the
City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington
shall be re-zoned as a Residential Two zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City of Bremerton,
and for the purpose of general welfare, and the same shall take effect im-
mediately following passage and publication.
Passed and approved Fnanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
and attested by~ the Clerk in authentication of such passage this l§th day of
April, 1946.
