AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Ares. maps of Ordinance No. 1553 and declaring
an emergency.
THE CITY OF B~E~ERTON DOES O~iDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 12 of the City Pla~ing Co~,~ission,
the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1~3 shall be amended in conformity with
section lk thereof as follows:
Lots l0 to 19, inclusive, Block 6, Dietz Addition to Bremerto~, Kitsap
Comity, Washington, shall be re-zoned as a Residential-2 zone.
and
Lots 21 and 22, Block 24, Town of Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, shall
be re-zoned to Co~rcial-1 zone.
and
Part of Government Lot 2, Section 13, Township 2~ North, Range i East W.M.
described as follows: Beginning at a point ~ feet North and 22-~ feet East
of the Southwest corner of Goverrm~ent Lot 2; thence East 120 feet; thence
South ~ feet; thence West 120 feet; thence North 55 feet to the place of
beginning, Kitsap County, Washington, shall be re-zoned to Commercial-1 zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City of Oremerton,
and for the purpose of general welfare, and the same shall ~ake effect i~nediately
following passage and publication.
PASSED and approved unanumously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day of
Febm~ary, 1946.
