AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and s?ecifications for the
improvement of Rainier Avenue from the centerline of Eleventh Street North to the
centerline of Thirteenth Street, by clearing, grubbing, and grading for the side-
walks, curbs and gutters (street grading between gutters not included).

Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of
Rainier Avenue from the Centerline of Eleventh Street North to the centertine
of Thirteenth Street, by clearing~ grubbing and grading for the sidewalks, curbs
and gutters (street grading between gutters not included), together with the
doing of all other work in conncetion therewith as may be necessary to make such
improvemen~ a complete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect Lv~nediately
following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 23rd day
of January, 19~6.
