An ordinance relating to printing and advertising for the City of
Bremerton, Washington, and Mending Ordinance No. 192, of said city

Sec. 1. That Section i of Ordin~ce No. 192, dated January 28,
190V, be md the s~e is hereby Mended to read as follows:
"Sec. 1. That the contract for the city advertising of the
City of Bremerton, Washington, shall be let a~ually for the term of
the calendar year prior to the co~encement of each such year to the
lowest responsible bidder after advertising for bids as provided by
the city charter; provided, however, that the city co~cil may consider
the matter of circulation in awarding the contract for advertising with
a view of giving said advertising wide publicity; and further provided
that at the third regular meeting of the council held in the month of
February, 1948, such contract shall be let only for the bal~ce of
said year. The successful bidder shall be the official newspaper of
the City of Bremerton for the te~ of such contract."
Approved by the City Co~cil at a regular meeting this 24th day
~of December, 1947.
Passed upon final reading, signed by the Mayor Md attested.by
the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 31st day of
December, 1947.
