AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553 and
declaring an emergency:
THE CITY OF BRE~IERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 18 of the City Planning
Commission the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1553 shall be amended
in conformity with Section 14 thereof as follows:
That portion of Lot 4 in Block 5, Warren Smith's Acre Tracts
in Government Lot 3, Section 14, Twp. 24 N., Range i E.W.N.
described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the
center line of Warren Avenue and the North line of 18th
Street; thence West along the North line of 18th Street for
a distance of 30 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
West along the North line of 18th Street for a distance of
241 feet; thence North parallel to the West line of Warren
Avenue for a distance of ll2.00 feet; thence East parallel
to the North line of 18th Street, for a distance of 241 feet
to the West line of ,arren Avenue; thence South along the
West line of Warren Avenue for a distance of ll2.00 feet to
the true point of beginning; containing .616 acres more or
less.

Section 2. An emergency exists, and this Ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City
of Bremerton, and for the purpose of general welfare, and the same shall
take effect immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk, in authentica-
tion of such passage, this l?th day of December, 1947.
