AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton, levying municipal taxes against
all of the taxable property within the city limits of the City of Bremerton
for the year 1947 and approving the assessment roll made by the Assessor of
Kitsap County therefore, to be collected in the year 1948.
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a tax on the total valuation of the taxable property
of the City of Bremerton, assessed in the su~ of $11,256,506.00, said tax
being in amounts as follows, be and the same is hereby levied against all
of the taxable property located within the corporate limits of the City of
Bremer$on for municipal purposes for the year 1947, to be collected in the
year 1948, the same to be carried on the tax rolls and collected by the
Treasurer of Kitsap County:

Section 2. That the assessment roll as made by the County Assessor
of Kitsap County, Washington and reviewed by the County Con~issioners of
said county, assessing property values as a basis for taxes for the year
1947 to be collected in the year 1948, in which said roll the taxable
property in the City of Bremerton is assessed in the sum of $11,256,506.00
be and the said assessment roll is hereby approved as the assessment roll
for the levying of municipal taxes for the City of Bremerton.
Section G. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
following passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 10th day of October, 1947.
